Why now

Following the EKSİST regulation (August 2026), Turkish motor value-loss claims have entered a new handling regime. Independent Turkish-registered expert reports are today the most reliable evidence-standard both in mediation and in front of Turkish courts. Reinsurers relying purely on cedant-side loss adjusters no longer have symmetric visibility.
